Description

32 kN hydraulic crimper, with 360° swivel head and automatic piston return.

Modular to your needs with 3 crimping solutions:

- Standard jaws and chains.
- Mother jaw and inserts: space-saving and lightweight, easy to store and transport.
- Mother jaw and ring: practical for crimping in hard-to-reach places.

Smart crimping for added safety:

- Multi-coloured circular LED ring indicating successful crimp cycle and battery charge status, or when preventive maintenance is required (20,000 cycles).
- Cycle start only if battery is sufficiently charged.

CAS High Performance Lithium-Ion Batteries:

- Fast and safe charging: ventilated charger for constant temperature during charging.
- Charging anticipation: charge indicator on the battery.
- Reliable service life: extended storage possible without self-discharge, permanent monitoring of each of the cells during charging.

Easy to use and comfortable to work with:

- One button for start-up and crimping; automatic machine stop to save battery.
- Minimised weight (3.5 kg with battery).
- Optimised ergonomics: non-slip Soft Touch® handle; 360° swivel head.
- Maximum illumination without shadows: the circular LED ring around the jaw illuminates the working area 360°.
- Use between -10°C and +60°C.

Safety-oriented:

- Locking of the crimping jaws by a 180° lever to prevent unintentional unlocking
- The user can stop the crimping at any time thanks to the emergency stop button

Your crimping tool communicates with your smartphone via the VIR-APP application:

- Check the number of press cycles completed and remaining until the next maintenance.
- Create site reports with all necessary information (number of pressings, photos, client contact details).
- Search for compatibility between fitting systems and Virax jaws/inserts.

Dimensions (with battery, without jaws): 388 x 260 x 79 mm.
