Description

Economical:

The system [mother jaw + inserts] pays for itself promptly. On average, a set of inserts is twice cheaper than standard crimping jaws.

Practical:

Light and compact in the toolbox instead of standard crimping jaws.

On average, an installation requires 5 sets of inserts (different profiles or diameters). The weight of the mother jaw and 5 sets of inserts is only 2.6 kg, instead of over 10 kg for 5 standard crimping jaws.

Compatible:

Use with Virax inserts on your Virax Viper® P25+ press-fitting machine.

Ball locking is a good compromise between holding and easy extraction of inserts.

Versatile:

The Virax 32 kN mother jaw is assembled on market-standard 32-34 kN power electrohydraulic machines, such as the Virax VIPER® P25+.

Dimensions (mother jaw only): 151 x 103 x 39 mm.

Weight (mother jaw only): 1.480 kg.

Not compatible with electromechanical machines, such as the Virax Viper® P30+.
